When we practice mindfulness, our thoughts tune into what we're sensing in the present moment rather than rehashing the past or imagining the future.
WHAT IS HYPNOTHERAPY?
Do you know what hypnotherapy is and is not? Hypnotherapy won’t make you say something you shouldn’t but will help you over coming stammering. Hypnotherapy won’t make act in a certain way but can help you change a behaviour. Hypnotherapy isn’t like a sleep and you won’t be unconscious, but you will still be aware of your surroundings. Hypnotherapy isn’t magic or mystical, it’s proven that It can work to help change behaviours, stop some addictions, lose weight gain confidence and so much more.

Hypnosis works by communicating directly with the subconscious part of your mind and it is powerful enough to change your habits, feelings and emotions and behaviours as well as psychological aspect and characteristic. Every day we experience some form of hypnosis as simple as just watching an advert on the television , reading a book, or even driving. Have you ever driven home and wondered how on earth you arrived at your destination without even thinking about it? This is what hypnotherapist would call a light state of hypnosis. This happens when your subconscious overpowering your conscious mind, enabling you to still arrive at your destination, without even thinking about it….
